GRANTS
The Pocahontas County Arts Council Inc. awards grants to interested parties on a first come first served basis. We award grants
to help subsidize art projects (visual art, music, dance, and theater) in Pocahontas County.

If you are interested in applying for a grant, you must read the general rules and complete the grant application including the
activity summary form. The completed forms must be submitted to the PCAC at least 60 days prior to the begining of the
sceduled event.

The PCAC logo must appear on all printed materials.

The applicant must present their proposal to the PCAC Board of Directors during a regular monthly board meeting.

The grant follow up form should be downloaded and refered to as the project continues. Within 60 days of the completion of the
project, the grant follow up form must be completed along with copies of all paid invoices and expenditures, funded by the grant,
must be provided to the Arts Council, to be considered for future funding.

Any grant funds provided that are not utilized must be returned in full payable to the Pocahontas Arts Council Inc. within 60 days
following the completion of the project.

The PCAC reserves the right to reject proposals.
